Our client, a housing association based in Croydon are looking for a Project Surveyor to join their team.

This is on an ongoing contract, with the potential for it to lead to a permanent role.

The main purpose of the role is to have responsibility for the delivery of planned and responsive maintenance to the commercial heating portfolio.

The successful candidate will also lead delivery of boiler and heating system upgrade programmes within a mixed portfolio of properties.

You will ensure contracts perform well and project work is delivered in a timely cost-effective manner to agreed quality standards.

A professional in your field, you'll be an approachable person who is confident and able to build collaborative relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Experienced within maintenance projects, and you will have worked on boiler/heating systems upgrade projects previously.
