Home Manager

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Home Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Upton-Upon-Severn, Worcestershire.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

The prestigious care centre provides professional care to people who have nursing needs including stroke recovery, dementia, respite and end of life care


*Ideally qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin | WILL CONSIDER NON-CLINICAL MANAGER



As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of the Home's daily operation

  • Ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided in accordance with company Policy and registration with the CQC

  • Maintaining and/or improving the CQC rating for the Home

  • Head the Management Team made up of the Deputy Manager, and working alongside them is the Administration Manager

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • Ensure smooth running of home

  • Ensure that home is run within budgets

  • Able to show a can-do attitude always

  • At least two years as a Home Manager with a proven track record

  • Gold Standard Framework for end-of-life Care

  • Knowledge of Dementia Strategy and Dementia mapping is desired but not essential

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent annual salary up to £60,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working on Day Shifts only.
