Our client is a Legal 200 firm operating from several offices in the South of England.

They are undertaking a period of expansion and pride themselves on not operating like a stereotypical law firm.

Their culture is open, inclusive and relaxed.

After work employees undertake a range of social activities and they are particularly keen to promote a healthy work-life balance. Consideration will be given to applicants willing to relocate to this highly attractive location, and to Associates/Senior Associates seeking more responsibility or a Partner with an existing following.

They are now seeking to recruit a Partner or Senior Associate (Residential Property).

Partner or Senior Associate (Residential Property) – Job Duties

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor living in the Dorset area or prepared to relocate.

He or she is likely to possess a combination of technical and procedural expertise as well as strong organisational skills.

PQE is likely to be at least five years plus.

What is expected of you?

• Develop and grow a team of solicitors, legal executives and paralegals.
• Undertake business development activities. 
• Responsible for residential property purchases, sales, leases and mortgages in the Dorset area.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with referrer organisations and estate agents.
• Work from the office at least three days per week.
