Communal Services Team Leader

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local housing association based in Liss who require a communal services team leader to join their team on a permanent basis.


Candidates preferably will have experience in team leading / supervising grounds maintenance, landscaping and gardening..


This is for a full time position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The role involves:

• leading a team and delivering services


• Grass mowing


• strimming


• litter collection


• leaf clearance


• hedge and shrub pruning


• General grounds maintenance


• Grass cutting


• Shrub and hedge cutting


• Litter picking


• Strimming
