Caretaker - Hackney

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a housing association based in Hackney who require a caretaker to join their team on a temporary, ongoing basis.

Previous experience within a similar role and a Full UK Driving License is essential for this position.



This is a full time role working 8am-4pm Monday to Friday with a total of 35 hours per week.

The role involves the following duties:

· Bin store management
· Litter picking
· Bulk waste removal
· Cleaning internal and external communal areas
· Mopping/sweeping
· Using mechanical cleaning tools
· Grounds maintenance and gardening
· This is a mobile role so a Full UK Driving License is essential
