Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a well-established, West-Midlands law firm who are in need of an ambitious Paralegal to join their Corporate and Commercial legal team.

Role: Corporate and Commercial Paralegal

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000

The Role:

• To assist Lawyers in the Corporate and Commercial department in the conduct and management of files


• To provide administrative support where necessary


• To carry out any duties given by Directors or employees of the company

The Person:

• Someone who has worked as a Paralegal in a Corporate and Commercial team


• Someone with high levels of attention to detail, excellent planning and organisation skills, confident with working to deadlines


• Someone who is self-supporting and proficient in the use of all MS Office applications, internet and research skills and has excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
