Job Specification : Joiner/Glazier

Location: Birkenhead

Pay Rate: £19

Type : Temp to perm

We have an exciting opportunity for a glazier to join a social housing association carrying out repairs and maintenance on domestic properties.

daily duties include

• Measure and fit UPVC and composite doors and windows.


• Measure and fit DGU's


• Complete remedial works to UPVC doors and windows which may include changing of mechs, handles, hinges etc.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification (NVQ level 2 minimum) or time served


• Previous experience


• Experience in social housing (Desirable)


• CSCS


• Asbestos Awareness
