Job Specification : Gas Engineer

Location: Coventry

Pay Rate: £22.50

Type : Temp to perm

We have an exciting opportunity for an Gas Engineer to join our repairs and maintenance team.

The role will involve:

• Installing and maintaining heating systems


• Installing Domestic and commercial boilers


• Installing and maintaining water heaters


• Installing and maintaining commercial appliances like gas cookers


• Installation and alterations of pipework & fittings


• Understanding gas control systems


• Gas Health & Safety and Compliance

Requirements

• Domestic, Industrial and commercial gas and oil-fired Systems


• Statutory gas compliance


• Appropriate appliance manufacturer's training


• Electrical and electronic controls


• Approved City & Guilds/CITB/ACS qualifications relevant to both domestic and commercial aspects of the industry.


• Commercial Gas Qualifications


• Electrical knowledge or relevant qualifications
