Service Contract Co-Ordinator

The Service Contract Co-Ordinator will be actively selling service contracts to new clients, renewing existing contracts and looking after all the administrative parts of the department alongside working closely with the planning team to schedule and invoice the services.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, sales driven, very organised, high attention to detail and have at least 1 years’ experience with similar responsibilities

  • answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls to chase for service contracts
  • general service contract administration

Service Contract Coordinators person Specification:


  • Sales driven
  • Very organised
  • High level of Excel skill
  • Meticulous and self-organised with an ability to prioritise
  • Driven to sell and earn commission
  • GCSE C or above Maths and English
  • Organised, reliable and with a “can do” attitude.

Salary £23k to £26k DOE plus commission.

Hours of Work- Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
