Experience is not required – passion and flair for care are all you need.

As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will be supporting elderly residents to live well in a warm, homely, and friendly environment.

Full-time, part-time, or bank hours will be considered day and/or night shifts are available.

An NVQ Level 2/3 qualification or previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is desirable but not essential.

The wellbeing of all residents comes first and foremost, so as a precautionary measure, you must have had at least 2 doses of a COVID vaccine to take on a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) role.
