A flourishing independent Speech & Language/Occupational Therapy practice is looking for an experienced HCPC-registered Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to lead the clinical team as it continues to grow and develop.

As a Clinical Lead Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will primarily be supporting the more junior Therapists with their supervision and management needs, but you will also retain the hands-on element by implementing tailored and comprehensive therapies for your own select caseload of children and young people (involving parents every step of the way).

The service is based in a modern, dedicated therapy centre fully equipped with the latest tools, but also encompasses triaging calls and conducting home/school/military base visits around West Suffolk and East Cambridgeshire to take individualised support directly to patients.

As such, you will need to travel to supervise service delivery in these areas.

This is ideally a full-time (Mon-Fri, 9-5) Clinical Lead Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist role, but part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

You will need the use of your own car, but travel expenses will be subsidised.
