As a Community Staff Nurse, you will work as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive, holistic care to adults within their own homes, enabling our patients to live as independently and with the highest quality of life as possible.

This is a full-time Community Staff Nurse position (37.5 hours/week) with a flexible rota, however part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Person Specification:

You must be registered with the NMC as an RGN / RN Adult.

As this is a community-based role, you will need to be able to travel independently where required.
