Business Development Manager

Are you an experienced Business Development professional looking for a new opportunity within a growing company?

Service Care Sales are currently working alongside a management consultancy that provides sustainable energy solutions across UK and Europe.


The company aims to help clients achieve net-zero by delivering reliable and sustainable consulting.


Successful candidates will receive a base salary of up to £30,000.00 with realistic OTE of £75,000.00!


The Role



  • Generate B2B leads from a range of channels including direct email and phone outreach.

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and provide on-going support.

  • Aim to cross sell a range of opportunities

  • Draft proposals for prospects and existing clients

  • Achieve personal, team and monthly targets


Full time, Permanent


Monday to Friday


Salary up to £30,000.00 per year - OTE £75,000+


Additional pay - Commission and yearly bonus


Requirements



  • 18 months B2B sales experience (Experience in the energy sector preferred but not essential)

  • Ability to generate new business through creating leads

  • Target driven and highly motivated

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Comfortable working from home if required
