Our client, a Local Authority based in Hereford are recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their team.

This role is on an ongoing temporary contract.

The purpose of the role is to develop a maintenance strategy, delivering maintenance programmes of work, stock condition surveying, monitoring the associated budget.

Candidates will need:

Qualification in Building Technology HNC Level or equivalent trade / industry qualification.

Experience of building / maintenance surveying
