Our client, a Housing Association based in Devon are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to cover the Torquay area.

This role is on an ongoing temporary contract.

The purpose of the role is to provide a professional Surveying service for the purpose of Repairing, maintaining and improving properties.

Undertake property condition surveys, Surveys and Health & Safety inspections of properties and premises for the purpose of maintaining and improving properties.

Ensure that Property Services databases are correctly maintained.

Prepare details, schedules of work, programmes, specifications and tender documentation and advertisements as necessary.

Candidates will need:

Qualification in Building Technology HNC Level or equivalent trade / industry qualification.

Experience of building / maintenance surveying
