Supported Living Deputy Manager

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for dedicated Deputy Manager overseeing newer supported living services within the Rugby, Warwickshire area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

It's a purpose-built modern service with an experienced staff team providing a range of support, with bespoke support plans to suit individuals needs


*You must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and previous experience in managing a supported living service at deputy or team leader level



As the Deputy Manager your key duties include:

  • You will provide direct day to day leadership to a team consisting of team leaders, senior support workers and support workers

  • You will coach the team to grow and develop, whilst promoting the supported living service in line with the company's vision, business aims and objectives

  • You will report directly to the Operation's Manager

  • You will be involved with all aspects of the management of the service, including recruitment, assessments, and support planning and quality compliance

  • You will have full support of the Registered Manager and members of the operational team

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • Previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, ASD, mental health issues and/or additional needs

  • Have commitment to continuous professional development

  • Have an understanding of requirements to comply with CQC and commissioning standards

  • To be able to participate with the on-call rota within supported living

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £30,297 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 38 hours a week
