Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a reputable and highly regarded legal firm, based in Stafford, who are in need of an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team.

Role: Family Solicitor

Location: Stafford

Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 depending upon experience

The Role:

• Manage a complex and solely private Family Law caseload from start to completion


• The role will cover various areas of Family Law which will include: Divorce, Cohabitation Disputes, Children Act matters, Separation and Financial matters


• Professionally liaise with clients on Family Law matters and represent the firm in doing so

The Person

• A qualified Solicitor/Lawyer or Legal Executive who has experience in Family law.
  
  The firm is open to NQ Solicitors


• Someone who has demonstrated longevity in the roles they have held and not jumped from job to job


• Someone who has experience of working for a Private Practice in a Family Law legal team
