Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a long established private practice law firm based in the West Midlands who are seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor who specialises in Court of Protection to join their growing department.

ROLE: Private Client Solicitor
LOCATION: Staffordshire
SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000

The Role

• Managing a mixed caseload of COP, Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Trusts and Estates from start to completion in a timely and professional manner


• Work independently and as part of a team on a variety of Private Client caseloads whilst also ensuring the best possible client care is provided


• Ensure that clients are regularly informed on the progress of cases and costs involved

The Person

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in Private Client Law


• Has previously worked in a law firm in progressing complex Private Client legal matters


• A strong technical understanding of current legislation


• A good team player with ambition to progress their legal career
