
IT Senior CRM Developer

Contract - Permanent
Hours - Full time 35 hours per week

Salary - £76,979
The Role Summary
A new opportunity has open for a IT Senior CRM Developer at a local housing association to Lead CRM Development and Support activities and to work closely with the CRM Project Team and IT department to ensure that solutions are handed over as per requirements.
This is a flexible office-based role, but it is expected the Senior CRM Developer will attend the office at least 2 days a week and more as required.
Your key duties within the role will include:
- Take ownership and responsibility for CRM Platform Architecture, Service availability and performance
- Work with CRM Project Delivery team to understand current solution support delivery of new features
- Collaborate with CRM Project Team to develop support materials and technical documentation to be shared with support teams
- Support the D365 solutions based on agreed functional specifications.
- Verify items delivered by the development team meet requirements of and adheres to internal quality standards and coding best practice
- Leading acceptation and transition new solutions to BAU service; conduct code reviews with Project Team
- Maintain and create for MS Power Platform including PowerApps and Power Automate
- Triage Incident - debugging and troubleshooting business critical applications
- Work closely with Infrastructure Team to build a robust, stable, and scalable CRM platform
Requirements
Essential
- Degree educated in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Equivalent work experience considered.
Desirable
- Current qualification in ITIL v3 Foundation
- Microsoft Certification and Gold Partner experience
- Understanding of 3rd party software such as, P2P and Deeplake's Communication Manager
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Proficiency in related technologies on the Microsoft Stack - Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint
- Understanding of AGILE and DevOps development methodologies
- Knowledge and understanding of the following IT Development Tools:
- Azure DevOps
- Team Foundation Server
- SQL Server Management Studio
- Process control tools
- Scribe
- Post implementation support.
- Good Business understanding or ability to work with business users to drive requirements
- gathering and maintain healthy working relationship.
- Knowledge of the social housing sector and housing management systems, such as Netcall's
- EDM, MS Dynamics 365, Northgate Housing.
- Experience with MS Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate etc.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in an ITIL compliant support environment
- Proven experience of leading a development team using the following technologies:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
- .Net / C#
- JavaScript
- T-SQL
- FetchXML
- WCF / SOAP Web Services
- XML
- Experience working as a developer on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.
