
Talent Administrator (police)
Service care solutions are recruiting for a Talent Administrator in the Northallerton with the local police force
The Role
As a Talent Administrator you will be responsible for supporting and administering the full recruitment lifecycle including assessment, selection and on-boarding of a diverse range of talent.
With a significant focus on customer service you will act as a single point of contact for all recruitment and on-boarding enquiries.
You will be expected to liaise with colleagues across the wider People Services team and stakeholders to ensure the accurate and seamless on boarding of all new hires.
In addition you will support your peers in the administration of key Talent & Development projects and initiatives which support the retention and progression of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- You will provide support to the Recruiters in the day to day co-ordination of key recruitment campaigns and talent bank activity, pools, which provides a diverse, high quality flow of candidates into our clients system.
- You will be instrumental in obtaining feedback at key points in the talent lifecycle to inform future process and service improvements.
- You will administer the full recruitment process, including the timely co-ordination of shortlisting and interview/assessments through to offers of employment.
You will be a single point of contact supporting all candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process. - You will be responsible for the accurate recording of information on systems as well as the provision of advice and information to managers.
- You will effectively build and maintain relationships with a range of cross functional teams which support the on-boarding process of all new hires including; payroll, vetting, clothing, occupational health and ICT teams.
- Manage all candidate and hiring manager communications throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process to ensure a seamless and truly exceptional candidate to colleague experience.
- You will support in the administration of all temporary agency hires, working with both the agency and hiring managers, providing CV's and where required co-ordinate interviews.
- Monitor and track the progress of vacancies through our applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring a timely and accurate service
Your Skills and Expertise
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced administration role, ideally within a HR/recruitment setting.
