Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a vibrant and forward thinking law firm, based in the West Midlands, who are in need of a Residential or Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Residential Development team.

ROLE: Residential Development Solicitor

SALARY: Depending on experience

LOCATION: West Midlands

The Role:

• Manage your own Residential Development caseload from start to completion


• Deal with large scale, high value strategic and immediate land acquisitions; advising landowners and promoters and other duties


• Advising developers and investors on Residential Development law as and when required

The Person:

• Someone with a minimum of 3+ years' PQE in either Residential or Commercial Property law


• The role does not require you to have prior Residential Development law experience


• The role will suit someone looking for something different to their current Residential Property / Commercial Property caseload


• Someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills
