Job Spec: Multi-Skilled Plasterer x2

We are looking for candidates who have experience and an ability to complete a wide range of property maintenance tasks as expected for a multiskilled role.

Working for a large and established housing association you will be responsible for:

• Attend day to day repairs and planned maintenance to improve people's homes to the required standards.


• Typical jobs will involve patching up and skimming full walls and ceilings after leaks or completion of refurbishment works.


• The ability to also complete brickwork and fence work minor repairs would also be preferable.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday with an immediate start available.

You will need;

• Previous experience


• CSCS card


• Asbestos awareness
