HR Administrator CIPD Level 3 or 5


This is a superb new vacancy to support the HR Manager for our prestigious client who have two new Lab Sites based in Wolverhampton and Loughborough.

We are looking for 2 X  full-time HR Assistants, one at each of their sites to work alongside the HR Manager.

Previous experieince is essential for this role.

We are looking for HR Administrators that are CIPD level 3 and above qualified that have previous experieince of onboarding large numbers of new employees, ideally from a scientific background would be advantageous.

Competent to handle all the HR paperwork and hit the ground running.

This role would suit someone with strong administration skills and confident using Outlook and picking up new systems.

The Role

  • Experience working within a busy HR administrative based role with onboarding new starters
  • H & S Experieince(desirable)
  • Requires strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Can do attitude with flexible attitude to adapt to the department's needs
  • Excellent level of English (verbal and written)
  • Strong MS Office (particularly, Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Experience in talent acquisition (desirable, not essential)
  • Experience with payroll / timesheet management (desirable, not essential)
  • CIPD 3 or 5 Qualification (essential)
  • Passion for everything HR

These roles will be shift roles working 8am -8p and 8pm -8am – excellent benefits , chance for progression internally
