Branch Manager

A brand new position has just become available for a Branch Manager to manage a number of Learning Disability Residential Homes and Supported Living Services across South London.

Salary per annum: £35,000pa circa

Hours and length of contract:
, PERMANENT POSITION
, 38 hours per week: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
, Overseeing the occasional weekend and bank holiday shift: 07:00-14:00/14:00-22:00

, The manager is looking for the position to be filled ASAP.

Daily Duties:
The client is a nationwide charity who have been providing care and support to older adults and those with mental health or learning disabilities for over 25 years.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, including
administration and coordination teams, along with business development of key customer relationships.

You will oversee 5 learning disability residential care homes and 15 supported living services that support 18 years and over with a learning disability and complex needs.

Working as the Registered Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
, Manage the day to day running of the business, including all relevant line management and ongoing development responsibilities for the Coordination, Recruitment, Training and Administration.

Oversight of all aspects of daily operations including monthly on call rota's, Annual Leave planning, petty cash
, Ensuring service users' needs and right are met and supported - leisure and social activities according to their wishes
, Developing person centred care plans, implementing and reviewing
, Make sure appropriate risk assessments are in place
, Support service users with managing money and ensuring a smooth transition from home to the Service, and working with brokers
, Create and distribute any relevant reports or regular KPI information including completion of group reports as required.

Person specification:
To be considered you MUST have an NVQ Level 5 Management or similar.
Must have 3 years senior experience within a Learning Disability Service (manager).

Person specification:
The applicant must be DBS cleared for the position advertised and have previous experience in the field.
