As a Clinical Quality and Audit Lead your key responsibilities include:
You will provide a high profile, visible clinical leadership to the team at the centre
Promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of all service users, employees and visitors
Complete clinical audits within the service to support the site in becoming the best that it can be
Lead a Continuous Improvement plan at the site in line with the CQC
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
An excellent understanding of audit standards and clinical governance
Experience in undertaking clinical audit activities
Have the ability and willingness to use a variety of IT systems
Experience in analysing clinical information and creating reports for internal/external stakeholders
Able to deliver education and training associated with clinical audits
Demonstrate communication skills of a high level including written and verbal communication, ability to listen and summarise and presentation skills
The successful Clinical Quality and Audit Lead will receive an excellent salary up to £40,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.

As the Scrub Nurse your key duties include:
Provide a competent scrub provision, supporting the surgeon through the daily theatre list, anticipating any potential problems and resolving these

Aside from providing Scrub services in the theatre you'll also undertake medicine management and audit duties as well as maintaining accurate patient records

Previous hospital eye service or private eye clinic experience

The care team at the home offer residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, and nursing care for people who have complex medical needs.
The home also provides residential dementia care where they support residents to maintain their independence and individuality, encouraging social activity and building relationships within the home

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
Maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology
Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
Responsible for making decisions in a timely manner
Utilising your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members
Making decisions and taking action in a timely manner
Supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Ability to lead a team of care staff
Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families
A team player who engages well with others
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
Demonstrate an understanding and application of relevant legislation in relation to the role
Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £18.29 per hour and the annual salary is up to £41,847.52 per annum.

As the Clinical Lead your key responsibilities include:
Work as part of a team to provide high quality nursing care to residents
Carry out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners
Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard
Ensure the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence
Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals and will report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
A proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care/including planning/implementing and evaluating
Experience of delivering quality clinical and person-first assessments
The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide an excellent service of person centred care
Good working knowledge of CQC standards
Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
Confidence to communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues/internal as well as external professionals/families and visitors
The successful Clinical Lead will receive an excellent salary up to £52,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week working through Day Shifts.
