Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £27ph

Responsibilities:

• Conducting mental health assessments to understand patients' needs, concerns, and risks.


• Developing personalized care plans with the patient, family, and multidisciplinary teams.


• Providing immediate support to patients in mental health crises, which could include prevention of hospital admission.


• Liaising with social workers, occupational therapists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced valid DBS


• Mental Health Nursing degree required.


• Community experience is required.

Rate Breakdown:
£27ph LTD | £24.29ph PAYE Inclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
