About the Role

You will work with groups of individuals, developing their practical and theoretical skills, ensuring they meet industry standards for health and safety.

You will also play a key role in supporting their career aspirations.

What you will bring

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Painting & Decorating


• A passion for education and training


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• The ability to track learner progress and deliver effective feedback
