Service Care Solutions are working with Avon & Wiltshire to recruit a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to support service users in the Somerset Area.

The successful candidate will provide support to patients with a range of Mental and Physical Health conditions in line with the occupational therapy pathways.

The contract duration is for 3 months with the likelihood of extension.

Shifts: 22.5hrs, Wednesday-Friday, 9-5
Location: Windmill Road, Kenn, North Somerset, BS21 6UJ
Pay: £26.00 p/h LTD
Bonus: £250 Sign-Up Bonus

Job Purpose - Band 6 Occupational Therapist

The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, carrying a defined clinical caseload for individuals.

The successful candidate will provide Occupational Therapy for Service Users with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide a high-quality service by a dedicated team for patients referred to the Acute Therapy Service


• Postholder will provide high quality and evidence based occupational therapy assessment and interventions, both group and individual, to people who access services and their carers/supporters/family members, in line with the occupational therapy pathways.
