Position: Victim Liaison Officer
Location: London
Salary Range: £25.29 - £29.30 per hour (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with victims of serious violent and sexual crimes, providing support and guidance throughout the criminal justice process.


• Act as a liaison between victims and relevant agencies to ensure effective communication and understanding.


• Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored support plans to address the unique needs of each victim.


• Provide information on legal processes, court proceedings, and available support services to empower victims.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in victim support or related fields.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to supporting victims through challenging circumstances.


• Knowledge of the criminal justice system and procedures.
