CCTV Manager

CCTV Control Room Manager, Derby, £45-55K + Bonus + Bens.

You must have a background as a CCTV Control Room Manager with experience of managing a CCTV control room, supervisors and operators.



As a CCTV Control Room Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the CCTV systems within the Control Room.


Responsibilities:

Management of the CCTV Control Room Supervisors and Operators
Successfully integrating new products and software into the control room
Supporting the CCTV & Helpline Manager with the continued growth and development of the CCTV & Security business
Developing robust departmental processes, policies and procedures to sustain a high level of service to all internal and external customers

Your background / Experience:

Previous knowledge and experience of Supervising/managing an ARC/CCTV control room(s)
Extensive experience of managing teams and individuals, ideally including teams working shifts
Innovation focused, with a proven track record of leveraging advancements in technology to drive efficiency

This CCTV Control Room Manager role is based in Derby and pays c£45-55K base + Bonus + bens.
