Children's Support Worker

Support Worker needed for Children's Residential Home, Sittingbourne, Kent
Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a children's support worker within a well-established and ever growing children's residential organisation.

The role is based in Sittingbourne, Kent If you are passionate about making a profound difference to the lives of children hosting a range of needs, finding a role that offers security and growth, then this role is perfect for you.

Location - Sittingbourne, Kent
Pay - £10.50 Ltd Per hour daytime - £11 Ltd Nights, Weekends
Contracts - Full-Time, Part Time (long days or nights), Bank.

You will be working within a small children's residential home to support and assist children with learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviour aged 10-18 years old.

, Outgoing personality acting as a suitable role model for the children.
, Demonstrates and genuine passion for care and takes pride in their work.
, Works well autonomously and as part of a team.

, Punctual and flexible to meet the needs of the residential home.

, At least a NVQ Lvl 3 in Health & Social Care or Childcare qualification is preferable.
, Owner of a valid UK driving licence.

, Previous experience working in a children's residential service.
