Deputy Manager

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Glasgow area.

As the Deputy Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

At the nursing home there are well-qualified staff team that offer 24 hour support for residents to enable them to work towards rehabilitation and recovery.

Multidisciplinary services including psychiatrists, psychologists and primary care services are accessed within the local area as required

 

As a Deputy Manager your key duties include:

·         To line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators

·         You will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents 

·         Manage the Service to the highest standards

·         Ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £18.00 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £35,100 per annum.
