Junior Aftersales Project Coordinator


We are working with our Clients, who are leaders in the commercial lighting controls sector.

They are increasing their teams and are now looking for a Junior Aftersales Engineer/ Project Coordinator to work from their Head Offices in Hertfordshire.

The role will be to coordinate multiple projects from order stage to competition.

Provide first line management to their customers from receiving customer orders and schedules to coordinating with support functions in ensuring on time and quality deliveries.

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Have just left school or college as this is a Junior role and training will be given
  • Want to learn to interpret electrical drawings
  • Be electrically or technically biased, have a passion in electronics
  • Some customer service experieince would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of some CAD would be advantageous
  • Good communication skills
  • Good exam results
  • Willingness to be trained and learn new skills
