Aftersales Project Engineer


We are working with our Clients, who are leaders in the commercial lighting controls sector.

They are increasing their teams and are now looking for an Aftersales Production Engineer/ Project Coordinator to work from their Head Offices in Hertfordshire.

The role will be to coordinate multiple projects from order stage to competition.

Provide first line management to their customers from receiving customer orders and schedules to coordinating with support functions in ensuring on time and quality deliveries.

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

ü    Able to interpret electrical drawings

ü    Experience working in a production environment

ü    Ability to work to tight deadlines

ü    Knowledge of CAD

ü    Coordinate with other departments on related issues

ü    Ensuring the smooth flow of production

ü    Maintain excellent internal and external customer service


ü    Experience in a technical environment (desirable but not essential)

ü    Good customer management experience

ü    Strong knowledge of IT systems

ü    Good communication skills
