Treasury and Asset Manager

Job Title: Treasury and Asset Manager
Type: 6 months fixed term - potential perm
Salary: £49200 pro rata
Hours: 37 hours per week
Based: Sevenoaks, TN13

Our client is looking for a candidate whose primary responsibility will be to Provide Treasury leadership and control their property portfolio and to manage the securitisation of assets in support of their ambitious development programme to help the many people for whom a good home (to rent or buy) is too expensive in Kent.

Role Responsibilities -

, An active member of line managers network with a lead on treasury management across all existing and future loan funding arrangements.
, Minimise the cost of finance by securing competitive loan arrangements and having an effective interest rate management process.
, Provide a clear and reconciled property portfolio to enable an effective assets and liabilities register which protects social housing assets.
, Provide effective treasury management to manage cash flow, charging and borrowing requirements; and funder compliance to ensure that always in the strongest possible position for meeting it obligations and raise further finance.
, Provide detailed analytical information on new funding opportunities and the risk and benefits of entering these arrangements to deliver new homes.

Essential Criteria -
, Experienced leader and manager.
, Highly numerate, literate and an excellent communicator
, Ability to assimilate, analyse and interpret complex information
, Demonstrable record of developing and implementing innovative processes successfully
, Demonstrable experience of securitisation and getting properties ready to charge
, Coordinate loan administration and Manage the process for investing surplus cash
, Experience of ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, policies and procedures and managing risk in a business environment.
, Ability to self-manage, prioritise competing commitments and work to quality standards and methodically under pressure
, Knowledge in financial and capital markets
, Able to collaborate productively with colleagues internally and external partners
