We are looking for a Chef Manager for a care home in Farnham Common!

Our client is looking for a caring and considerate Chef Manager to join their care home, in order to provide support and guidance to our team of chefs as well as plan meals while taking into account dietary requirements and cultural differences.
Duties:
Plan Meals
Manage kitchen staff
Maintain a clean working environment
Engage in the day to day activities of running the kitchen in the home

Requirements:
S/NVQ2 in Catering and Hospitality or professional cookery
Level 2 food hygiene or above
An understanding of Hazard Analysis critical control points

Desirable:
Experience with puree foods
Applicants should be confident in their own abilities and keen learners in order to fulfil the role to the best of your ability.
