Asset Management Officer required ASAP based in North London.



This role is on an ongoing contract.



Candidates will play a key role in delivering an Asset Management Strategy, influencing programmes of work, carrying out complex data analysis and ensuring asset information is robust and kept up to date.

Support the procurement and delivery of stock condition surveys
Maintain Asset Management programmes of planned works
Conduct complex data analysis and provide business intelligence reports
Develop Business Objects and Qlik reports/dashboards
Ensure asset information on Northgate/Apex is kept up to date
Manage data collection and validation projects
Provide support with Rapid Framework data loading
Provide support with Northgate/Apex related issues
Identify, propose and deliver asset management system and process improvements

Candidates would need to have working in a similar role, and would have previous experience of asset management.
