ict senior support officer

You will be responsible for 2nd and 3rd Line Support, Application Upgrades, Implementations and Configuration.

Looking for experienced and able technical ICT who has knowledge and experience of using a wide range of technical deliveries including MSSQL, Windows Server, Citrix, and an ability to problem solve and follow approved processes aligned to ITIL.
