Linkline Team Leader - Hounslow
I am currently recruiting for a Linkline Team Leader based in Hounslow.
This is a full time position working 36 hours a week Monday to Friday.
To be considered for this role you must have control room experience, dealing with vulnerable people, community alarms, telecare, early and late starts, management experience, and knowledge of out of hours repairs social services council services.
You must also have a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
Some of your duties will include :
, Direct line management for Linkline Officers, Alarm Installers, Casual Linkline Staff and EDT Staff
, To promote a philosophy of putting service user needs first at every opportunity and to put in place management arrangements that work to action this
, Participate in the Council's emergency planning and responses to emergency situations.
, To be responsible for the efficient running of the Central Control System and deployment of the Linkline Officers, Casual Linkline Staff and EDT staff in providing an effective and customer orientated service
, To liaise regularly with the Sheltered Housing Team Leaders to ensure consistency of service to Sheltered Units.
