The Role:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be leading a team of surveyors on the development of new commercial space.

The project value is circa £14 million and this job will predominately be site based.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor the successful employee should have pre-contract experience.

(Feasibility cost planning and estimating experience).
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Jersey

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to be site based in Jersey, working on new build and refurbishment of commercial & residential space.

Location:
Jersey
(Please be aware that the successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Jersey.)

Remuneration:
£45,000 per annum + benefits

My Client:
My client is a property development company and specialises in delivering homes and commercial properties throughout the UK, South Africa, Far East and Middle East.

They have been in operation for over 20 years and are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team as they have just recently won a new project.



The Role:

Requirements:
BSc (Quantity Surveying) or similar related degree
Housing Developer/Main contractor Background
Experience in commercial/office space - new-build and refurbishment
Pre contract Experience is essential (Feasibility, cost planning and estimating)
