Q1. How does the registration process work?

We initially require somebody senior from the agency to register
using the online form, this person is known as the 'Account Administrator'. After the inital registration we will issue a "verify" email, you must reply back to this email to confirm opening of this account.

Once we have recieved a reply from the "verify" email by the agency representative Work4a.com we will issue a Master Agency Tag (MAT) code, that can be used by any of the consultants working for the agency to register using the online form and they will be automatically issued with password and login details.

The Account Administrator will be notified of the registration of a User via an automatic email. Then the administrator can approve the users account and assign job credits to the user.

Q2. What is the two level control panel?

Once we recieve a "verify" email, A special Administrator Account will be created for the Agency Representative who initially registered, he/she will have supervisory control over 'Normal' Users of the agency who register later.

Key Benefits of the Administrator Account

  • Ability to assign or deduct Job Credits for each user account
  • View all jobs posted by the User
  • Delete Jobs posted by the user
  • Enable or disable a Users Account
  • Ammend a users profile
  • Assess requests for credits made by users

Q3. What is a Job Posting Package?

A Posting package consists of

  • Job postings (credits) based on package requested ie gold, sliver, bronze

  • Posting period available with that package, this can be set to any number of months but the usual options are for 12months, 6months or 3 months.

A recruiter can post jobs using job credits obtained with the postage package taken out until one of the following events occur which ever comes first.

  • All credits are used up in the posting package including credits rolled forward in a prior posting package.
  • The expiry date has passed for the active posting package on the account.

Q4. How do I get Job Credits, so that I can post jobs?

Only the Account Administrator can buy job credits, by taking out a posting package from Work4a.com using the 'Renew Package' Link, available on the Administrator Account.

The Administrator can then reallocate the purchased job credits to the user accounts either according to what the users are requesting or what the administrator deems 'appropriate'.

Q5. What is the minimum number of credits that we can purchase?

The minimum job credits depends upon which job postage package you take out.

Q6. Do we get a discount if we order in bulk?

Work4a.com operates on a level playing field everybody pays the same price to post a job so whether your the largest agency in the world or just a 'one person' start up you both pay a fixed price to post a job, there are no preferential discounts for large agencies or companies.

Q7. Can I roll job credits forward?

Credits can be rolled forward if a recruiter has existing credits available and has not reached their expiry date, credits are rolled forward based on the 'straight line' per day posting rate over the package period

The ‘straight line’ per day posting rate is calculated by dividing the total number of job credits for the posting package over the length of the posting package period in days, where days are rounded down to the nearest whole day and total days in the year for the purposes of this calculation are 360 days.

This provides an approximation to determine ‘fair’ usage of credits over the package period.

Example:

A posting package has 9,000 job credits and has a 12 month period. The ‘straight line’ per day posting rate is 9000/360days = 25 job credits per day The 25 Job credits per day will be used to calculate the number of credits that can be rolled forward. *

Q8. Is there a time limit on Job Credits?

Each postage package has a period in which the job credits that come with the package must be used up. However, if you decide to renew the postage package or upgrade it is possible that some of the credits may be rolled forward toward the new package that is taken out. *

Q9. What happens to the expiry date of rolled forward job credits?

When a new posting package is taken out by the administrator or existing package is renewed or upgraded, the existing job credits are eligible to be rolled over into the new package.

Credits that are rolled over to the new posting package will have their expiry dates reset to the new posting package expiry date

Example.

If current posting package ‘silver’ expires on 30-April-2007 and the recruiter wishes to upgrade to the ‘gold’ package before expiry on 1-Feb-2007 then any credits that are eligible to be rolled forward based on the ‘straight line’ per day posting rate will have their credits expiry dates reset to 30-April-2008. *

Q10. What happens if I use up all my job credits before expiry date?

simply take out a new posting package, since they have used up all their job credits .

All Registrations, management of job credits are controlled via the administrator account.

Q11. Can you provide an example of what happens to credits?

XYZ Recruitment Ltd decides to take out the Bronze posting package which provides for 200 job credits and lasts for 6months, they take out the package on 01-June-2007. The expiry date on the package therefore is 01-December-2007. This means that XYZ Recruitment can post up to 200 jobs from 01-June-2007 to 01-December-2007

Suppose XYZ Recruitment on 01-August-2007 have a new clients so want to upgrade to say the gold package, what happens to the existing package they have?

If they decide to upgrade to the gold package on 01-August-2007, and they have only used 40 credits.
To roll the credits forward the following calculation is performed

Credits to roll forward: ((upgrade date – expiry date on existing package) / (package period in months * 30)) * existing package credits.
((01/08/2007 – 01/12/2007) / (6months * 30)) * 200 = 134 Credits would be the maximum XYZ recruitment
can roll forward, although it still has 160 Credits available.

If however, XYZ Recruitment Ltd only had 80 credits on 01/08/2007 then the maximum it could roll forward on 01/08/2007 would be just the 80 credits.

The reason why this is done is to allow for ‘fair’ usage of credits over the term of the posting package.

Q12. How many user accounts can we have?

Once your registration is approved and an administrator account has been setup, the number of user accounts is unlimited.

All Registrations, management of job credits are controlled via the administrator account.

Q13. Can I get a refund on credits on un-used job credits?

No, There is not refund available on any un-used job credits.

Q14. How long will my job posting last?

Your job posting will last for 30 days from the date of posting, unless you decide to remove your job posting before the expiry date (expiry date is automatically set 30days from date of job posting).
